1. Data controller

Personal data collected on www.lecasablanca-hotel.com is processed by DANFA SA, the company operating Le Casablanca Hôtel, 19, boulevard Moulay Rachid, 20660 Casablanca, Morocco, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Data collected and purposes

• Bookings and requests: first name, last name, email, phone number, dates of stay, preferences. This data is used to process your booking or request and to provide your stay.
• Contact forms: the information you send us, so that we can reply.
• Newsletter and offers: your email address and preferences, to send you our news and offers, with your consent.
• Browsing: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and visit duration, collected through cookies. This data is used to measure traffic, improve the Site and assess the performance of our campaigns.

We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of Law No. 09-08.

3. Recipients

Your data is intended for the relevant departments of Le Casablanca Hôtel. It may be shared with our technical service providers, solely for service purposes: booking engine (D-EDGE), website hosting, emailing tool, analytics and advertising tools (Google, Meta). We never sell your data to third parties.

Some of these providers are located outside Morocco. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 43 and 44 of Law No. 09-08.

4. Marketing communications

We only send you marketing communications with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each email or by writing to contact@lecasablanca-hotel.com.

5. Security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access. Only authorised staff have access to it.

6. Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Transaction data is kept for ten years in accordance with accounting and tax obligations.

7. Your rights

Under Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data, including for marketing purposes. To exercise these rights, write to contact@lecasablanca-hotel.com, enclosing proof of identity.

You may also file a complaint with the Moroccan National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP): www.cndp.ma.

The Site uses:

• strictly necessary cookies, required for the Site and the booking engine to work;
• analytics cookies (Google Analytics), to analyse traffic;
• advertising cookies (Google, Meta), to measure the performance of our campaigns and show you relevant content.
